Site Visit Recap: [Banker Island Home]

Today we visited our [Banker Island Home] site along with our structural and civil engineers. The goal was to coordinate foundation details, utility access, and to walk through grading challenges.

Some key discussions included:

• Stormwater drainage plan with the civil team
• Slab elevation alignment with the structural engineer
• Soil compaction observation and testing requirements

Everything is moving forward smoothly and the next milestone will be permit submission for structural and civil drawings. Huge thanks to the team for their collaboration!
